RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Unfortunately, all sales are final. Your safety is our utmost priority so there will be no returns and exchanges  because of Covid-19.  

You may refer to our size chart or shoot us a message if you're having a hard time choosing size.  

This also applies to all pre-ordered items. Pre-ordered items is final and cannot be changed (size, color etc.)

 

PAYMENT

  • Payment should be made within 1 day after ordering or else orders will be automatically canceled.
  •  Payment methods:

Proof of payment (For bank and GCash payments only)

  • Send your proof of payment by clicking this link  " Payment form"
  • If in case you cannot upload the photo, send it to our e-mail at hello@thenewdaylifestyle.com with subject "Payment for Order # ____" 

 

ORDERS

  • Orders will be processed for shipment within 2 business days after payment.
  • Orders made from Friday to Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
  • Make sure to still send your payments a day after confirmation to avoid cancellation or inform us ahead if you need more time.

 

SHIPPING

  • Same day delivery/Pick-up
    •  Choose "Local Pick-up" upon check out.
    • Customer will book courier of choice.
    • Location: Wilson st. San juan city (Exact details will be provided in e-mail)
    • We will send an email once your order is ready for pick up.
    • Make sure you use the name same as in the order form to avoid confusion. 

  • Via courier
    • We are partnered with Champ courier (MM and provincial)  and Gogo Xpress (provincial)

    Rates:

    • Metro Manila: php 120 
    • Provincial: php 150-190 

    International Shipping

    Due to peak season, we couldn’t set a fixed shipping rate during check out. Shipping rates will be checked after you placed an order. An updated invoice will be sent to you so you pag the balance. 

    We ship via FEDEX and it is measured by weight. Minimum weight is 0.5kg which is up to 3 item and estimated time of delivery is 1-2 weeks. Expect high rates during peak season. 

    Please note that your order ships from the Philippines and may be subject to additional customs fees upon delivery. While we try our very best to keep the invoice price low, your country’s import fees are out of our control.

     Shipping schedule

    • We ship out every Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
    • Cut-off is 12nn the day before shipping. 

    Delivery period:

    *once fulfilled

    • Metro Manila: 2-5 business days 
    • Provincial:  3-15 business days
    • International- 4-15 business days
    • Note: there might be delays due to the community quarantine. 

    Please note that once item/s is with courier and tracking  has been provided, New day activewear will not be liable for any loses, delays, tampered packaging, etc. Kindly contact the assigned courier directly for assistance.

    Tracking

    Tracking details will be sent to your email once order has been prepared for shipping.

    1. Champ courier website  - for MM and some provincial orders not covered by Gogo xpress
    2. Gogo Xpress -for some Provincial orders (Updates via SMS)
