RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Unfortunately, all sales are final. Your safety is our utmost priority so there will be no returns and exchanges because of Covid-19.  

You may refer to our size chart or shoot us a message if you're having a hard time choosing size.  

This also applies to all pre-ordered items. Pre-ordered items is final and cannot be changed (size, color etc.)

In case we sent you a wrong item or received a damaged/defective piece, e-mail us at hello @thenewdaylifestyle.com within 7 days after delivery. Please be detailed and include photos as much as possible.

We will only provide you an exchange of the item/s or store credits in case your preferred size/item is unavailable.

All returns are to be inspected before an exchange/store credit can be given. So please allow a few days for processing. 

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed.
  • Items must be free of smells, stains and makeup. 
  • All sale items are NOT eligible for returns/exchanges.

Customer will shoulder the shipping to and from the HQ.
